The “Upskilling for GOVERNANCE” Advanced Training Course is a multi-year, high-impact strategic initiative promoted by the Puglia Region under the GOVERNANCE project, in collaboration with the University of Bari “Aldo Moro,” CINI – National Interuniversity Consortium for Informatics, and ANCI Puglia, to strengthen the skills of civil servants, providing concrete tools to address the challenges of digitalization.
