The University of Salento plays a key operational role within the GOVERNANCE project as part of the CINI network, contributing directly to the implementation of the planned technical and scientific activities. Leveraging its consolidated expertise in ICT and digital innovation, the University of Salento is responsible for carrying out the majority of the activities assigned to CINI, ensuring methodological rigor and alignment with the overall project objectives.

In particular, the University of Salento is involved in the execution of activities related to the analysis of needs, the design and development of digital solutions, and the support to governance and institutional networking processes, as foreseen in the relevant work packages. Through its research units, it provides both technical competencies and applied research capabilities, contributing to the effective translation of project goals into concrete outputs.
