At the ninth EU-Albania Accession Conference, the parties provisionally closed negotiations on Chapter 25 – Science and Research, Chapter 26 – Education and Culture, and Chapter 30 – External Relations. These are the first negotiating chapters provisionally closed by Albania, marking a significant step forward in its EU accession process.
